Internal Complaint Committee

The Internal Complaint Committee addresses gender sensitisation and prevention of sexual harassment of women employees and students at the institution.

The internal complaint committee (ICC) has responsibilities of the technical institution as per gender sensitization, prevention and prohibition of sexual harassment of women employees and students, and redressal of grievances in technical institutions. This committee organizes training programmes and workshops for officers, functionaries, faculty and students, to sensitize them and ensure knowledge and awareness of the rights, entitlements and responsibilities enshrined in the act and under regulations. It also organises regular orientation and training programmes for the members of the ICC to deal with complaints, and steer the process of settlement or conciliation with sensitivity.
